what have i achieved?
i have been able to practise and focus more on a full sized drum so i can get it in time with the backing track this will make it sound compatible with the song.
how did i prepare for the lesson?
i prepared by bringing in my phone which has all my backing track on this helps me so i am able to play with it and in time wiit so i'm not playing something out of time this will improve the sound quality of my performance.
was i successful?
i was successful because i was able to make improvements to the timing of the song compared to my thinking and i have got better at getting it in time this will help me get prepared for my 15 minute performance.
what are my targets for next lesson?
i need to bring in the backing tracks and keep practicing to them to improve my timing so it will prepare me and i need to bring in my notes and beats-fills for the songs i will be practicing this will improve over time.
